Twenty-six-year-old Georgina Achieng went viral after fearlessly calling out relatives at her mother's burial, accusing them of hypocrisy and neglect.
 
Georgina revealed that some relatives had objected to her mother being buried on family land, citing maize harvest interference. While on TikTok live, she revealed how her relatives reacted after she outed them during the burial.

Georgina Achieng boldly accused her relatives of pretence during her mum's burial, alleging they neglected her mum while she was ailing with cancer, only for them to appear at the burial to claim they stood by her.
 
During a TikTok live, the 26-year-old Georgina recounted the heated moment after the burial when her relatives confronted her for the speech.
 
She claimed that words were exchanged, adding that she almost received a beating for the speech. They insulted me in front of my guests. I think they wanted to embarrass me. I do not want to sugarcoat what happened. In fact, I heard some were waiting to see where my mum would be buried. Others declined to have my mum buried on the family land because it would interfere with their maize harvest. Then, after all that, they came to the burial," she said.
 
Georgina said that three weeks before her mum's death, she and her siblings bought land and built a house, so that they would find a place to lay their mum to rest.
 
The young lady had her mum's burial fully catered for, and her relatives only attended as visitors.
 
She recalled that when they visited after her mum's death, she and her siblings declined to offer them food and drinks.
 
Georgina maintained she had nothing but love for her relatives, but insisted she owed it to her mum to be truthful.
 
"I am still struggling to come to terms with mum's death and I know it will hit me later," she added.As earlier reported, after going viral over the weekend, Georgina resurfaced on social media and shared a special message to Kenyans.
 
In a video, she thanked everyone who showed her support after blasting her relatives, saying the love and praises from Kenyans had encouraged her during that contentious time.
