Popular Nigerian disc jockey, Michael Adeyinka, popularly known as DJ Tunez, has reacted following widespread reports of an alleged altercation involving Afrobeats star Burna Boy at a party in Lagos.
Amid growing speculation surrounding the reported incident, DJ Tunez took to his social media platform with a cryptic post that read: "Ogbafia Number 1 Don Wake ooo!" The message marked his first public reaction since reports of the alleged clash surfaced online.
The reported confrontation was said to have occurred at a Lagos nightclub during a gathering known as "Obi's House," a popular weekly nightlife event hosted by businessman and nightlife entrepreneur Obi Cubana.
Eyewitness accounts and unverified videos circulating on social media suggested that the disagreement escalated into a scuffle allegedly involving members of Burna Boy's entourage.
Some reports claimed DJ Tunez was on the receiving end of the attack before security personnel intervened to restore calm.
Meanwhile, music star Wizkid, who is closely associated with DJ Tunez, has not issued any public statement regarding the development.
As of press time, Burna Boy and his management team had yet to release an official response, leaving the circumstances surrounding the reported incident unclear.
