Ugandan comedian Anne Kansiime has once again shown everyone why she is still one of the funniest entertainers around.
The famous comedian made her fans laugh when she gave a clever reply to a follower who wondered why her child's father wasn't in a recent family photo.
Kansiime had posted sweet pictures of herself with her son to celebrate her 40th birthday. They both wore matching clothes in a stylish photoshoot that many fans called lovely and personal.
In her caption, she talked lovingly about her son, saying he reminds her that her love will continue and that she is thankful for being a mom.
While many people filled her page with birthday wishes, one follower went a different way. The fan asked if she was still with her child's father, saying they had seemed like a great couple.
Kansiime didn't ignore the comment. In her usual bold way, she simply told the fan to mind their own business.
Kansiime's son is with Ugandan musician Skylanta, also known as Sky. They had their son, Jayden Selassie Ataho, in April 2021. Last year, the comedian said that they had broken up but agreed to raise their child together peacefully.
Talking about the breakup, Kansiime said that being a mom changed what she wanted. She said she started wanting a partner who was just as committed to raising their child.
Even though the breakup hurt, she said that time helped them both understand each other better and move on in a good way.
Her recent reply to the curious fan is a reminder of why she is admired for her fearless personality. Even when it comes to very personal things, Kansiime always handles questions with confidence, humor, and clear boundaries.
