A somber mood engulfed Kimbo village in Kiambu County during the burial of Renowned Kenyan musician Shalkido.
Sources have confirmed that the deceased was Killed in a deadly road accident involved a suspect who is yet to be arrested.
Shalkido was involved in a hit and run accident, the driver of the vehicle that hit his motorbike fled from the crime scene leaving the body of the deceased at the scene of the incident.
He was rushed to the Hospital where he was admitted before he was pronounced dead in an incident that caught the attention of several Kenyans who took to their different social media platforms to send their condolences to his family.
Kenyans also called upon the Police to conduct an investigation in order to arrest the suspect who fled from the crime scene after the incident.
He was laid to rest in Kiambu in a function that caught the attention of his fans who turned out in large NUMBERS to pay their respect to the Youthful artist.
The deceased had asked for assistance prior to his death, he revealed that he was going through depression due to unemployment, a remark that caught the attention of several celebrities who reached out to offer their support.
