Fitness creator Corazon Kwamboka has jumped into the growing online debate over body transformation, whether to sculpt your body the long, sweaty way in the gym or take the surgical shortcut with procedures like the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
In an Instagram story posted on Monday, December 8, 2025, Corazon shared her take on how people choose their paths to body confidence.
She reminded her followers that although the journey may differ, weightlifting or surgery, the destination is the same: feeling strong, confident, and happy in your own skin.
Corazon emphasized that everyone should make choices that fit their lifestyle, comfort, health, and long-term goals.
She also touched on a topic many avoid: the money factor. According to her, the gym isn't always the cheaper option people assume.
By the time someone pays for a gym membership, diet plans, personal trainers, supplements, fitness gear, and occasional physiotherapy, the total cost can rival a one-time cosmetic procedure.
"By the time you add up the cost of everything, a BBL might start to look reasonable," she wrote.
However, she clarified that health and personal comfort should always lead the decision.
Corazon urged anyone considering surgery to research deeply, talk to medical professionals, and avoid rushing into procedures because of social media pressure or trends.
Her message comes at a time when influencers across platforms are openly sharing their surgeries, sparking conversations about body standards, self-image, and what transformation "should" look like.
She reminded her audience that there's no one-size-fits-all path:
"Every person's journey is unique. Respect your body, respect your choices, and make decisions that make you feel good, inside and out."
